Simply no complaints whatsoever, good stay. Fabulous place to stay, fairly clean hotel. The rooms beautifully maintained, functional with the bathroom, sultanahmet view. Clean facilities there...

Room was brand-new and big, the place itself was perfect. The hotel's staff were really polite all the time.

The hotel was perfect with absolutely breathtaking views and an incredible location close to the tram stop.

Everything was very good, fantastic location close to important atractions, the staff were COURTEOUS. Location: the hotel was right by all the tourist attractions and good restaurants, and the tram in central Sultanahmet. Spent a nice evening at Duran Pide Kebap, located just walking distance from the venue.

It was a very very good time staying at this comfortable hotel. The staff were caring and provided a good service. This location was excellent and fantastic, close to main attractions and Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Bosphorus strait, Marmara and Black Sea. Furthermore, near all the main sights.

Facilities were clean, however Wi-Fi was rather slow.

The rooms had a great view and were just as expected, with all the necessary facilities. The hotel was also conveniently located near the tram stop, allowing easy access to the rest of the city.

The breakfast options were a bit repetitive and could have had more variety.

Hotel staff was very helpfull, they took care of the booking whenever we wanted to go in a trip, even printed the schedule for the ships sailing on Marmara Sea. Breakfast was good, they also had local food specialities. The parking is right near the hotel. The room is very clean, it has a big and comfortable bed. The hotel is in the Old City Center, near the turistic attractions and you can get really easy to the tram station (Sultanahmet Station) and go to the New City Center (in about 15 minutes). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our room was very small (not really a problem for a weekend break). It was really hard to find the hotel by car.

The place was fairly clean and we loved a double room. The setting was marvellous, not far from the Blue Mosque which is the tourist centre of Sultanahmet as well as Sultanahmet, Istanbul. Furthermore, very close to major tourist attractions. Booked a room with a nice bathtub. Caring stuff did a great job.

my stay at this hotel was simply amazing. the location was perfect, within walking distance to all the attractions and there was a tram station nearby. the free afternoon tea and coffee was a lovely touch. i felt like i was treated like family by the staff. i would definitely recommend it!

The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff (all of them) are friendly and helpful. The welcome at the hotel is first class. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable and beautifully tastefully decorated.Breakfast was great.

The location couldn't have been better, as it was within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. The service here was top-notch, with 24-hour room service and a helpful staff who were always ready to assist. The room itself was luxurious, with amenities like a mini-bar and flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area where I could relax and enjoy the scenery. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
